​Cristine  is a Certified Healthcare Virtual Assistant with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, bringing a diverse background in education, customer service, and healthcare support to the ANM Health team.  She supports the team as ANM's Lead Practice Coordinator.

 

Trained through Hello Rache and fully HIPAA-certified, Cristine provides accurate, efficient, and compassionate administrative support—helping our providers focus more on patient care and less on paperwork.

Before entering the virtual healthcare field, Cristine worked as a preschool teacher in the Northern Mariana Islands and as a special needs educator in the Philippines. Her background in teaching children with diverse learning needs has given her exceptional patience, empathy, and communication skills.

​

Cristine also brings professional experience outside of education. She excelled as an outbound customer service professional with Manulife, where she was recognized for outstanding performance, and later served as a Retail Manager at Philippine Seven Corporation. These roles strengthened her organizational skills, leadership abilities, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
