Normal Business Hours
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm- Clinic line is answered by our Practice Lead, Cristine during these hours.
Some providers offer after hours appointments but phones are not answered during this time.
Scheduling & Appointments
You can book, change, or cancel appointments directly through our client portal: anmhealthllc.clientsecure.me
Please remember:

Appointments fill quickly — book in advance to secure your preferred time.

If you need to cancel, provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Communication
We do not respond to after-hours messages. Messages received outside of business hours will be returned the next business day during normal office hours.

We are always happy to discuss side effects or minor medication concerns during business hours.

Medication changes will require a scheduled appointment.

Any significant change in mood, behavior, or health will also require a visit for appropriate evaluation.
If you need an after-hours consultation, limited phone call appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Copays & Fees
To help keep our scheduling and billing processes running smoothly, all copays and appointment fees are due the morning of your scheduled visit.
Payments are automatically processed using the card on file before your appointment begins.
If a payment cannot be collected, your appointment may need to be rescheduled until the balance is settled.
For patients with a balance, please note:

Balances over $200 must be paid down prior to scheduling or being seen.

We offer CareCredit for those who need a flexible payment plan option.

Medication Refill Requests
To ensure your medications are managed safely and efficiently, all refill requests must be submitted through our Refill Request Form. This allows your provider to review your chart, monitor for any upcoming appointments, and make sure refills are handled in the proper order.

Refill Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 business days for refill requests to be processed.

Requests submitted after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be reviewed the next business day.

We recommend submitting refill requests when you have 5–7 days of medication remaining.

Important Refill Policies​

Medication changes (including dose adjustments) require a scheduled appointment.

Controlled medications require monthly follow-up appointments and an in-person visit every 6 months for compliance.

If your balance is past due or exceeds $200, this could result in refills being delayed.

Urgent Medication Needs
If you are running out of medication and unable to wait for a refill to process:, please contact your pharmacy to request a temporary emergency supply (if available).
ANM Health does not provide emergency refill services outside of business hours.
